LC Spartan is a student run open forum available to the students and staff of La Cañada High School, as well as the general public. Its purpose serves for public expression and discussion of issues that occur on campus and around the community of La Cañada Flintridge. LC Spartan began in fall 2009, as an Independent Project run by Alicia Kim, in hopes to provide up-to date news for the school.

LC Spartan will deliver the stories that the editors and writers believe to be appropriate and important. All stories are written under the supervision of editors and school advisor. The stories reflect the opinions of the LC Spartan and The Spartan staff, and each story hopes to capture the opinions the students at LCHS.

LC Spartan welcomes feedback and opinion from students, faculty, administrators, community residents and the general public.
